Review count is one of the biggest things Google weighs. Your rating is as good as anyone's. Asking every client after every visit, and replying to every review, closes the gap with the med spa that has almost twice as many.

What we'd do in the next 90 days

  1. Fix what Google reads on your website: your real name, address, phone and hours, and “Pearland” on your homepage and treatment pages.
  2. Make the site quick on phones and clear the way: a small banner instead of the VIP popup, the 9 broken pages fixed, tap-to-call and a map.
  3. Match your name and address everywhere: update the directory listings that still show your old addresses.
  4. Grow your reviews every week: ask every client after each visit, reply to every review, and show your newest Google reviews running on your website.
  5. A short report every month: where you show up on Google Maps and what changed.

What's holding your website back ermedspa.com · checked October 19, 2026
1

Your website tells Google the wrong business name

Every page carries a hidden block of business details that Google reads. On your site it still holds a name left over from a website template:

Name: “Krystle DeGraide Blog”Address: not given · Phone: not given · Logo: missing (page not found)

Check it yourself: the free Schema Markup Validator (validator.schema.org), type ermedspa.com.

2

Your homepage says Houston, not Pearland

This is the title and description Google shows for your homepage. Only 6 of your 71 page titles mention Pearland; your Botox, Dermal Filler, Emsculpt Neo, Laser, Microneedling and Kybella pages don't.

Slow on phones, and a popup covers the page

Google's own speed test, on a phone. Google ranks slow pages, and pages whose popups cover the content on a phone, lower.

9 links lead to “page not found”

6 of them are on your homepage: Diamond Glow, Facials, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplane, Service Fees and QWO. Visitors hit a dead end, and Google notices.

Check it yourself: tap Diamond Glow on your homepage.

5

No tap-to-call and no map anywhere on the site

Your number is on every page, but it can't be tapped to call. There's no link to your location on Google Maps, not even on the Contact page.

6

Old content, and a name that changes from place to place

Your newest blog post is from March 2023, the reviews on your website are from 2021, and QWO (no longer made since December 2022) is on 4 pages. Your name is “Aesthetics” on Google, “Aesthetic” on your website and “MedSpa” on your logo, and on October 13 search listings still showed your old addresses (12280 Broadway St, 2225 County Road 90) on Yelp and MapQuest. Google trusts a business more when its name and address match everywhere.

Nobody can promise a #1 spot on Google, and rankings move a little with where someone searches from. Every number here was measured on the date shown.Page 2 of 2
